Lake View Cemetery, Seattle WA

Notes from Washington-L [Sat, 19 Dec 1998] : Lake View Cemetery is in Seattle, telephone number: (206) 322-1582 [corrected 3/2003]. The address is: 1554 15th Ave. East, Seattle, WA. I have searched there before when I was trying to find where my g-grandparents were buried, and found their staff very helpful. I believe they are the ones that keep all the daily death notices from the Seattle Times in scrap books....they will look up a name for you if you know the date. I found my g-grandfather and mother' death notice in these books. Someone has pasted the daily clipping in these books for about the last 70 years! It is interesting. Hope this helps you.... Sharon
Thanks to Holly M. Reynolds for the phone number correction. She also had great success in finding her family.
