Robert W. Henderson

"A feeling of sadness was cast over the city on last Saturday morning when it was announced that Mr. R. W. Henderson had, without a word of warning, and without a struggle, dropped dead upon the street with heart disease. He was born in Franklin Co., Ohio, June 21, 1823, and was married to the mother of his large family of children on the 13th day of April 1856, and came to Klickitat county in 1875. He leaves a wife and nine children, four sons and five daughters, to mourn his sudden demise. There are three or four of the children that will be dependant upon the widowed mother, and we trust her lot will not be a ___ one, as she is a most excellent woman, and we believe her ___ will be looked after by those many friends who hold her in such high esteem."
