Wahkiakum Eagle-June 1977 WORREL, Lloyd Roy Born in Astoria, died in a Portland hospital after a serious illness of two weeks. He lived in Grays River where he was a dairy farmer until 1951, after which he moved to Vancouver for five years. Later he moved to Portland where he was employed in the lumber industry. He was a member of the Messiah Lutheran church in Portland. Last October Mr. and Mrs. Worrel celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. He is survived by his wife, Martha, a nephew Shane Cornell, and two great nephews in Oklahoma. Other relatives are in the Grays River area and Ohio. A host of friends also survive. Services were held June 13 at the Naselle Lutheran church. Penttila’s Chapel by the Sea, Long Beach, was in charge.
