Columbia River Sun-Thursday April 12, 1917 New Actions Brought in Superior Court Complaint filed April, 3rd by H. C. Appler of Brookfield, vs. Edward and Ella Link and W. P. Jack and wife. Foreclosure of mortgage for the sum of $600.00 together with interest, and attorney fee of $100 and for costs and disbursements. The Wahkiakum Timber Co., a corporation, filed a complaint last Saturday against Mrs. W. S. Ingalls, E. Ingalls, C. Ingalls also against J. W. McNemar as mortgagee. The timber company alleges has timber holdings which must be transported over the premises of the defendants and desires to acquire a right of way for the construction and maintenance of a jogging road, claiming the same to be necessary as a private way of necessity. Charles E. Johnson and Irwin F. Morrison, co-partners, filed a complaint Tuesday against G. H. Vaughn and Ivan Winding, co-partners, to recover the sum of $1597.20 on supplies furnished to defendants during logging operations at Grays River.
